Place four rubber spots in a square, approximately 4-8 paces apart.
Three players stand on a spot.
The player with players on either side gets the ball.
One player stands in the middle.
-Instructions:
When the players are ready the player in the middle attempts to touch the ball or player with the ball, or force an incomplete pass.
The player with the ball passes the ball to either side--not permitted to toss the ball diagonally across the square.
The player across from the new ball carrier runs to the open square to provide two players to pass it to for the ball carrier.
-Questions & Notes:
Variation
Increasing the size of the square makes it easier to prevent the middle player from touching the ball or forcing an error. Conversely, making the square smaller makes it easier for the middle player. Adjust size of square accorging to skill of players.
