Two Bosu balls
One resistance band

-Setting Up:
Two players face each other, each standing on their own Bosu ball.
The players hold a resistance band between them, each with hands shoulder width apart.
-Instructions:
On the signal to begin, players will both pull their left arm back and right arm forward, and then their right arm back and left hand forward. This completes one repetition.
