For players to complete a set number of squats or complete as many squats as they can within a set time limit.

One Bosu ball

-Setting Up:
A player stands on a Bosu ball.
-Instructions:
On the signal to begin, players do a slight squat while standing on the ball.
Then they jump up, turn 90 degrees and land on the Bosu ball again.
The above completes one repetition.
