Jump Squats with 90 Degree Turns

-Objective:

For players to complete a set number of squats or complete as many squats as they can within a set time limit.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-locomotor

  • Balance

  • Jump

-Equipment List:

  • One Bosu ball

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • A player stands on a Bosu ball.

-Instructions:

  • On the signal to begin, players do a slight squat while standing on the ball.

  • Then they jump up, turn 90 degrees and land on the Bosu ball again.

  • The above completes one repetition.
