-Objective:

Heading 1

For players to complete a certain number of jumps onto and off a Bosu ball.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-locomotor 

  • Balance 

  • Jump

-Equipment List:

  • One Bosu ball

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Players stand facing and a half-step away from a Bosu ball.

  • Players have arms hanging beside them.

-Instructions:

  • On the signal to begin, players jump onto the Bosu ball, hands clasped forwards, and holding that position for one second.

  • Players then jump forwards off the Bosu ball, do a 180 in the air, and land in the starting position on the opposite side of the ball.

  • This is one repetition.

  • Players complete a specified number of repetitions.
