For players to complete a certain number of jumps onto and off a Bosu ball.

-Setting Up:
Players stand facing and a half-step away from a Bosu ball.
Players have arms hanging beside them.
-Instructions:
On the signal to begin, players jump onto the Bosu ball, hands clasped forwards, and holding that position for one second.
Players then jump forwards off the Bosu ball, do a 180 in the air, and land in the starting position on the opposite side of the ball.
This is one repetition.
Players complete a specified number of repetitions.
