A pair of equally weighted dumbells
-Equipment Link:
-Setting Up:
A player stands on a Bosu ball holding a dumbbell in each hand.
-Instructions:
On the signal to begin the player swings the dumbbells forward while going into a squat.
The dumbbells are then swung backwards while the player comes to a more upright balanced position.

Variation:
Flip the Bosu ball upside-down.
