  • One Bosu ball

  • A pair of equally weighted dumbells

-Setting Up:

  • Players lay with their upper-back onto a ball.

  • Legs are 90 degrees.

  • Body from shoulders to knees forms a straight line.

  • Each hand is at 90 degrees holding dumbbells.

-Instructions:

  • Players push the dumbbells so that the arms are nearly straight and bring them back to 90 degrees. This is one repetition.

  • Repeat as many times as desired.
