To determine how many one-handed push ups a player can complete.

A pool noodle per player
-Equipment Link:
-Setting Up:
A player places a pool noodle immediately below their head in a push up position.
The player then pulls one of their hands off the floor so that only one hand is doing the push up.
-Instructions:
Using only one hand to push up, a players attempt to lower their bodies and touch a pool noodle with their nose.
If successful, try repeat as many times as possible.

Variation
Use knee push ups to make it a little easier.
