Be able to run fast enough to keep a newspaper stuck to the front of your body.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Locomotor

    • Run

-Equipment List:

  • One sheet of newspaper per player.

  • Players are positioned in a scattered position throughout the playing area each holding a sheet from a newspaper.

-Instructions:

  • On the leader's signal to begin, players place the sheet of newspaper in front of them and run about the playing area with sufficient speed to keep the newspaper from falling off their body.

  • What are the keys to succeeding at this challenge?
