-Setting Up:
-
Have a start line and an endline--about 9+ paces apart.
-
Three players line up behind the start line and one player stands just past the endline holding a paper copy of the paint pallette.
-
NOTE: Copy, paste into word document, and print the picture to the right.
-
-
The six different coloured poly spots are placed on the start line.
-Instructions:
-
On the leader's signal to begin the first player in each line runs to the end line and places a poly spot on the end line.
-
Once the spot has been placed the next player runs to the line and the first player returns to the line.
-
The second player must place their poly spot on the endline beside the first poly spot.
-
The player with the paper pallette signals:
-
Thumbs up if correct colour is on correct spot and side.
-
Thumbs to the side if the colour is correct but on the incorrect side.
-
Thumbs down if the colour is incorrect directly on either side.
- If the poly spot is incorrect, the next player runs up, and the second player returns to the start line.
-
If the poly spot is the correct colour the spot is left where it is, the next player runs up, and the second player returns to the start line.
-
-
Continue playing till all six poly spots are in the correct order.
-
The first team succeeding in this task is the winner.
-Questions & Notes:
-
Signal variation:
-
Thumbs to either side letting runner know the spot needs to go to the other side (but not indicating if the spot is next to the spots on the endline, for further away).
