Teams try to be the first to complete this relay.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Locomotor

  • Run

-Equipment List:

  • Two volleyballs and one pool noodle per teams of 4-5 players.

  • Lay out a set of volleyball challenges.

  • Players line up at one end of the playing area and prepare to complete the course one player at a time.

-Instructions:

  • On the leader's signal to begin, teams attempt to race through various challenges and complete the task as quickly as possible.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Variations: What other challenges can you add?

  • What strategy helps players complete the challenges as quickly as possible?
