-Setting Up:
-
Divide a regular volleyball court into 4 courts. Regular net divides court into 2. Put up 2 other nets to divide the 2 courts in half.
-
Divide players into 4 teams of 6 players. Explain the rules. Each team goes to 1 of the 4 courts. Decide which team will serve first with a coin toss.
-Instructions:
-
There are several rules affecting the hitting of a ball.
-
Each side is permitted a maximum of 3 hits per side.
-
1 player cannot hit it twice before another player contacts the ball. The ball must be struck and not pushed or thrown.
-
A player may not contact the net when playing the ball (attacking or blocking).
-
Failure to execute hits and blocks legally will result in an other team getting the ball for service and the offending team gaining 1 point.
-
Upon one team's lose of service rotate the service through the four courts.

Teaching Tips
-
