-Setting Up:
-
Establish a throwing line approximately two to three paces from a wall. No one can pass a ball from in front of this line.
-
Teams line up behind the throwing line with the front player in each line holding a stability ball.
-Instructions:
-
On your signal to begin, the first player of each team throws the ball against the wall. The first player then goes to the back of the team’s line.
-
The second player in line stays behind the throwing line, catches the ball (which may or may not bounce on the floor), throws it at the wall, and then goes to the back of the line.
-
Players continue catching and throwing the ball, all the while counting the number of times the ball hits the wall, until you call out, “Stop.”
-
The team with the most wall touches wins.
-Questions & Notes:
-
You could specify that the ball has to bounce once before or after it hits the wall.
-
Double Wall Bounce: Played the same as Wall Bounce except that the teams have two lines and two balls. The front players from each line pass the ball to the next person in the other line.
