Omnikin Two Ball Pass

To determine how many times the balls can be passed from one player to another in one-minute.

Two Omnikin balls per pair of players (or other balls will do)
-Equipment Link:
-Setting Up:
Each pair of players stands facing each other about 2-3 paces apart.
Pairs of players are located in a scattered position in playing area
Each player is given one Omnikin ball
-Instructions:
On the leader's signal to begin the players attempt to determine how many consecutive times they can pass two balls to each other--one ball going high and the other going low.
-Questions & Notes:
Questions for Understanding:
Try always passing the same way--one player tosses low ball, other player tosses high ball. Is one easier than the other? Why? How can you improve the weaker way?
Try always passing the same way but opposite to above. way. Is one easier than the other? Why? How can you improve the weaker way?
Try it with smaller balls. How does the size of ball influence success? Why?
