To determine how many times a ball can be passed from one hand to the other in one-minute.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Throw

-Equipment List:

  • Two Omnikin balls per player (or other balls will do)

-Setting Up:

  • Each player is located in a scattered position in playing area

  • Each player is given two Omnikin balls

-Instructions:

  • On the leader's signal to begin the players attempt to determine how many consecutive times they can pass two balls from hand-to-hand.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Questions for Understanding:

  • Try in the opposite direction. Is one easier than the other? Why? How can you improve the weaker way?

  • Try it with smaller balls. How does the size of ball influence success? Why?
