For a pair of runners to complete a race as quickly as possible

One stability ball per pair of players

Establish a starting line and a finish line. These lines could be near each end of the room, or the route could constitute a lap around the room (going around the room is more difficult because players have to go around each other to pass).
-Instructions:

Each pair of players must carry a ball between them from the start of the race to the end. If they drop the ball, they must return to the starting line and begin again.

Here are some ways of holding the ball:

Players both hold a ball with both hands.

Players squeeze a ball together between their backs.
-
Players squeeze a ball together between their hips (no hands allowed on the ball).

Players squeeze a ball together between their knees (no hands allowed on the ball).
