Executing three different types of lunges.

-Setting Up:

  • Players stand with feet shoulder width apart to begin three different lunges

-Instructions:

  • Three different lunges:

  • Walk back and forth with one leg performing a lunge on either leg each time.

  • Lunge forward and then add a twist--repeat a set number of times and then do the same on the other side.

  • Side lunge by slightly wider stance and dropping butt to either side.
