-Objective:

To not get tagged by a rolling ball.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Locomotor

    • Dodge

    • Run​

  • Manipulative Send​

    • Roll

-Equipment List:

  • One large light ball (D-Lite ball) per 8-10 players.

-Setting Up:

  • Players are in a scattered position around the playing area. 

  • One or more players have a ball and these players are IT.

-Instructions:

  • On the signal to begin  the Its attempt to roll the ball so that it strikes another player.

  • Once a player is hit, that player becomes the new IT.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Questions for understanding:
     

    • Which tactics help the IT most efficiently "tag" another player?

    • Which tactics help the not-it's not get tagged?
