Balloon Train
Heading 1
-Objective:
For teams of three to four players successfully complete a course by keeping balloons between each other.

Three balloons per teams of four players

Have a start line approximately a third of the way across a gym and a finish line close to the end of the gym.

Line the team up single file behind this line with players facing the back of the player in front of them.
-
Have each player place a balloon between their stomach and the back of the player in front of them.
-
Once the line starts moving players may not touch the balloon with their hands but need to keep it in place by staying close enough to the player in front of them to keep pressure on the balloon.
-Instructions:

Explain to students that on the signal to start the team advances till the front of the train crosses the finish line.

If one of the balloons falls, the entire train must go back to the start line and try again.

The team that first accomplishes this successfully is the victor.
