To successfully complete the alphabet puzzle as quickly as possible
-Equipment List:
One alphabet puzzle (available at most dollar stores) per team of 3-4 players.

-Setting Up:
Can do this varous ways.
1. Have one person blindfolded with the puzzle pieces reachable with a reach while squating beside the puzzle.
2. Have players run to a pile of letters and run back to their puzzle to add their puzzle piece.
-Instructions:
On the signal to begin each team has either the blindfolded player pick up a piece and insert it with the instructions of teammates, or
Have a player run to pick up a piece, insert it in the puzzle and then the next player runs--if the piece is a duplicate the runner takes the duplicated puzzle piece back to the letter pile.
-Questions & Notes:
If done with a blindfolded player what makes this leadership challenge so challenging?
Varition: To add more running move the pile of letters further from the puzzle.
