Player stands sideways in first two rungs with each foot in a different rung.
-
Player holds a medicine ball.
-Instructions:
-
When ready, the player does a squat.
-
After the squat the player turns 180 degrees, places the foot from the first rung into the third rung and is then facing the opposite way.
-
The player does a squat and another 180 degree turn... till the end of the ladder.
