To have your partner lose their balance.

  • Players stand in an open space and place their right ankles against each other, or the left ankles.

-Instructions:

  • One the signal to go each player attempts to have their opponent lose their balance by applyine more or less pressure to their opponent's ankle.

-Questions & Notes:

  • What helps players maintain their balance while attempting to have their opponent lose their balance?
